Job Description

Join NSPCC as a Helpline Advisor to provide advice, information, and support to the public and professionals regarding child protection concerns.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for adults reporting child protection concerns. Provide reassurance and identify key points of concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Previous Customer Service experience. Strong attention to detail and IT skills.
