Job Description

Term Time Teachers is seeking compassionate Special Needs Teachers to join our team on a flexible supply basis. This role involves delivering customised lessons and interventions for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and collaborating with school staff to support individual learning plans.

Responsibilities

Deliver customised lessons and interventions for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Collaborate with the SENCO and teaching staff to support individual learning plans.
Tailor lesson content and teaching methods to meet the needs of students with various learning difficulties.
Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
Track and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to the SENCO.
Support students in both their academic and social/emotional development.

Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
Strong understanding of SEN provisions.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
