Job Description

Join Serco as a Housekeeping Supervisor in Belfast City Centre to maintain the cleanliness of a Grade A Office Block Building.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of Housekeeping Staff
  • Maintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies and manage stock control
  • Maintain a safe working environment for staff members and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
  • Conduct Audits in line with contractual requirements
  • Ensure all staff are competent in their roles and trained in equipment usage
  • Use electronic management system for tasks

Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience in Housekeeping
  • Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach
  • Keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of housekeeping operations and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
