A leading software company is seeking a Data Entry Supervisor to oversee data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and process optimization.

Supervise and manage the data entry team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and enforce data management procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
Monitor workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
Provide training and support to enhance team productivity and performance.
Collaborate with other departments to align data entry processes with business objectives.
Generate reports and insights from data analysis to support decision-making.

3+ years of experience in data entry or data management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Management, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in high-volume data tasks.
Experience with data management software, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of data security, compliance, and best practices is a plus.
