Job Description

As an enthusiastic, sales-focused, and customer-oriented Internal Sales Executive, you will generate quality outbound leads, follow up on inbound inquiries, and build relationships with customers. Your responsibilities include cold calling, updating CRM systems, upselling, and attending industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers through exceptional service.
  • Developing product knowledge and advising customers on selections.
  • Following up on sales inquiries through various channels.
  • Setting up face-to-face meetings with potential customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 months of sales or business development experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented.
