Job Description

The Land Sales Manager works closely with Bids and Proposals Colleagues and is a part of the wider Sales team playing a key role in business acquisition for the land business sector in Chess.

Responsibilities

  • Achievement of specific, defined elements of the order intake budget for the Land sector.
  • Identification and qualification of new business opportunities in the Land sector.
  • Present summaries of new Land prospects and opportunities to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong and healthy pipeline of Land sector prospects.
  • Operate in compliance with Chess Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the defence industry in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and on multiple simultaneous opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
