Job Description

Join Seasalt as a Supervisor in Horsham on a 16-hour permanent contract. Help drive store sales, provide exceptional customer service, and support the store management team.

Responsibilities

Support the management team in creating a service culture
Guiding the Sales Advisor team on recommending additional services
Implement store visual merchandising
Train the Sales Advisor team on brand knowledge and services
Communicate store performances and provide feedback to the team
