Job Description

Join our team at Kiddi Caru Nursery in Bristol as a Room Leader. Provide professional leadership to staff and maintain high standards of care and education for children.

Responsibilities

Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
Deploy staff appropriately to ensure required standards are maintained
Ensure effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures
Provide professional feedback to parents/carers about their child
Promote the nursery to current and potential customers
Develop positive working relationships with staff, parents, and carers

Qualifications

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) qualification
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for providing quality childcare and education
