Job Description

Skanska is looking for a Works Manager to join our Building team in London to work on a major commercial project, 7 Millbank. The role involves supporting project delivery, supervising site works, and coordinating subcontract packages.

Responsibilities

Carry out audits and reviews of works on site
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, labor, and material requirements
Ensure compliance with the latest program of works and methods statements
Report site operations to senior project management
Develop good working relationships with client team, subcontractors, consultants, and external parties

Qualifications

Extensive site-based managerial experience
Thorough understanding of construction process and innovative solutions
Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
Current Managers' CSCS card and other relevant qualifications
Working towards or already Chartered with a professional body
