Join our team as a Recruitment Administrator to manage our sub-contractor network and enhance service quality. This role involves negotiating job offer terms, onboarding support, and building strong relationships with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Negotiate job offer terms with subcontractors and provide onboarding support.

Monitor subcontractor performance and reengage inactive subcontractors.

Build relationships, gather feedback, and advocate for positive changes.

Plan and coordinate roadshows and workshops for subcontractors.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Strong negotiation and organizational skills.

Proficient in IT, including MS Office.

Valid driver's license and own car.
