Join us as a visionary Global Sales Vertical Lead in the healthcare industry. Lead a high-performing global sales team, drive growth, and foster client partnerships.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global sales team within the healthcare vertical.
Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the corporate healthcare strategy.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
Act as a key contact for senior and board-level stakeholders within organization.
Establish strong, trust-based relationships with key healthcare clients globally.
Collaborate closely with operational and pricing teams to tailor effective logistics solutions.
Monitor performance (GP, volumes, pipeline) and take ownership of achieving or exceeding targets.
Drive knowledge sharing, market intelligence, and best practices across the global team.
Maintain high data quality and transparency through CRM and performance reporting tools.
5-10 years of leadership experience in global sales, business development in healthcare logistics.
Proven track record in managing strategic customer relationships and delivering business growth.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, and P&L management.
Skilled in coaching and developing high-performing sales teams across international environments.
Advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (fluency required).
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willingness to travel globally as required.
