Job Description

Join a fast-growing provider of innovative solutions to HPC/Data Center organisations globally as a Marketing Operations Lead. This role will focus on supporting marketing processes, lead qualification, and sales pipeline optimisation in alignment with Account-Based Marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise HubSpot for marketing and sales processes.
  • Develop automated workflows for lead nurturing and personalised communication.
  • Pre-qualify leads based on ABM and channel-based criteria.
  • Generate marketing reports and insights to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales for lead handoff and sales funnel optimisation.
  • Conduct database audits for accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns for engagement and deliverability.
  • Improve operational efficiency in marketing workflows.

Qualifications

  • Extensive HubSpot experience (certifications preferred).
  • Knowledge of ABM, lead qualification, and channel-based lead distribution.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience in marketing automation best practices.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations is a plus.
