Join us as a General Manager at THE CUBE, a premium competitive socialising and entertainment attraction in Canary Wharf. Lead a team of 150+ across F&B and Attractions.

Responsibilities

Ensure high performing operational and financial management of the venue
Recruit, deploy, motivate and manage a team of 150+
Liaise directly with senior management, stakeholders, and partners
Provide timely performance information to management
Oversee IT Infrastructure, Booking Systems, Marketing, Safety, and Compliance

Qualifications

Strong experience in a General Manager or senior management role
Experience in leisure, hospitality, or entertainment
Experience managing F&B operations and achieving clear KPIs
Good understanding of HR, Health & Safety, and technology
Flexible approach to working in a high-pressured environment
