Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Delivery Driver/Picker at Wiltshire Farm Foods, the UK's largest ready-meal supplier. Deliver frozen meals to customers and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner
Picking orders within the coldstore
Using app to update deliveries
Provide exceptional customer service
Undertake pre-shift van inspection
Drive safely and responsibly
Clean and refuel van as needed
Contact office with discrepancies or delays
Ensure customer confidentiality
Assist office and picking team when required
Report health and safety issues
Carry out local marketing activities

Qualifications

Essential:

Customer service experience
UK Manual Driving Licence
Basic computer literacy
Work stability
Basic secondary education

Desirable:

Multi-drop delivery experience
Care-based role experience
Warehouse experience
Health & Safety awareness

Personal Qualities:

Friendly, approachable and reliable
Passionate about excellent customer service
Good attendance and timekeeping
