Overseeing various services across Dudley to ensure top-notch, person-centred care. Inspiring and managing a dedicated team to deliver exceptional support. Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and focusing on continuous improvement. Prioritising the physical and emotional health of service users, from basic to complex needs.
Experience working in learning disabilities, mental health, and autism. Leading and managing teams.
