We're seeking an experienced team leader to develop and coordinate supported living services across Tameside for individuals with learning disabilities.
Overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, allocating staff to meet individual needs, supervising and coaching team members, developing support plans, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, maintaining a safe environment, and monitoring quality.
Minimum of 2 years practitioner experience, relevant health or social care qualification (Degree or NVQ Level 4/5), good communication skills, flexibility, leadership and management competencies.
Probationary bonus, pension contributions, 33 days Leave, company paid enhanced DBS.
