Job Description

Creative Support is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to manage a team of support staff at the Supported Accommodation service in Tameside, Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the team of support staff
Provide direct support to service users
Engage with service users and build therapeutic relationships
Work with professionals and agencies to provide personalized services

Qualifications

Experience in the field of mental health
Ability to provide person-centered care
Good communication and organizational skills
