Job Description

Join Lidl as a Deputy Store Manager and play a key role in managing the store, inspiring colleagues, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers
Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
Lead and inspire the team to fulfil their potential
Check deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs
Provide friendly customer service and assist with queries
Comply with Health and Safety laws

Qualifications

Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Time management, delegation, and problem-solving abilities
Confidence to support the team through shifts
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
Ability to monitor and improve KPIs
