Job Description

A well-established and growing law firm in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy and expanding Private Client department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload including Wills, Estate Administration, Court of Protection matters, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deeds of Variation, Inheritance Tax Planning, and Trusts

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years PQE in Private Client law
  • Strong technical knowledge in Private Client law
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • IT proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
