Job Description

ABC Teachers is seeking experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to work within a mainstream primary school. The role involves supporting a Year 3 pupil with ASD and behavior needs on a 1:1 basis.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the class teacher to support the designated pupil
Cater to the student's communication barriers and behavior needs
Establish good relationships with the student

Qualifications

Previous experience working with SEND children
Suitable qualifications to work with young people
Strong communication skills with all stakeholders
Ability to cater to different children's needs
