Source and screen candidates for management positions
Implement creative recruitment solutions to attract top talent
Analyze recruitment data and provide insights for improvement
Deliver recruitment and onboarding training for management teams

Qualifications

Previous recruitment experience in hospitality sector
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Ability to think creatively and find solutions quickly
