Job Description

Our client is seeking a Customer Success Manager for overseeing the daily management of the Customer Services Team across residential buildings in central London.

Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the customer services team

- Host weekly meetings to ensure team roles are being carried out effectively

- Act as first point of escalation for customer concerns/complaints

- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements
