Job Description

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in Healthcare on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
  • Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
  • Being a responsible key holder
  • Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other necessary duties
  • Producing weekly rotas following manager's guidelines
  • Placing orders for stock to maintain correct levels
  • Delegating where necessary and ensuring team is proactive
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
  • Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
