Join Moss as a Sales Associate in our new opening store in Birmingham Bullring. Be a brand ambassador, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales to contribute to overall store performance.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer experience following Moss Essential Steps of Service
Maximize sales and service goals by utilizing strong product knowledge
Improve store performance based on feedback from Feefo and Mystery Shops
Assist with stockroom and back area housekeeping
Follow the Appointment process for customer visits

Qualifications

Basic product knowledge
Familiarity with POS systems
Reflect Moss aesthetic through personal style and presentation
Outstanding communication abilities
