Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight and operational management to ensure high-quality interventions for individuals in mental health crisis.
Lead and supervise a team of AMHP professionals, ensuring best practices and legal compliance.
Manage data reporting, quality assurance, and service development to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Registered Social Worker (Social Work England) or equivalent professional with current AMHP approval.
Proven experience managing and supervising a professional team.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and a passion for leadership.
