Jo Malone London is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to provide essential operational support to Free-Standing Stores (FSS) and the concession estate, ensuring the smooth running of operational processes and policies. The role involves driving efficiencies, maintaining luxury proposition, and supporting omni-channel development.

Responsibilities

  • Working with Field/Sales team and Store Managers to drive efficiencies and improve ways of working
  • Support delivery of elevated boutique experience and maintain brand equity
  • Support the Retail Operations Manager with omni-channel expansion and implementation
  • Advise stores on operational processes, procedures, and policies

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment or a head office retail team
  • Passion for and knowledge of the beauty industry
