Assist in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial records.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Positive attitude with a passion for customer service and team collaboration.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.
Familiarity with popular Scottish sports is a plus.
