Responsibilities

Guiding clients through fact-find calls to understand their needs
Accurately recording and processing client information
Working closely with experienced advisers on real cases
Delivering excellent customer service via phone, email and text
Taking steps toward CeMAP 1 qualification (fully supported)

Qualifications

Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn
Strong multitasking and organisation skills
Confidence and clarity in dealing with clients
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems
