Job Description

Join our global team at MUBI and help make great cinema accessible to everyone, everywhere. As a Customer Support Agent, you will manage subscriber enquiries and support the team in providing the best streaming experience worldwide.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Content, Marketing, and Engineering teams to advocate for subscriber experience
Assist subscribers with technical enquiries, general feedback, and other questions via e-mail and other platforms
Build and maintain relationships with other departments for timely resolution of customer issues
Test MUBI on supported platforms and coordinate with Engineering and Product teams on workflows

Qualifications

Passion for film and MUBI's mission
Experience in problem-solving and customer support
Strong attention to detail and willingness to accept feedback
