Responsibilities

Analyze research, tools, and data sets to uncover audience insights
Create frameworks, competitor audits, and brand strategy documents
Lead messaging sessions and produce clear, actionable outputs
Support creative briefs and ensure strategic alignment
Collaborate with account and creative teams on integrated projects
Contribute insights and ideas for pitches and new business
Share knowledge and thought starters within the team

Qualifications

Previous strategy experience in an agency setting
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent copywriting and messaging abilities
Experience with creative campaigns or brand/comms briefs
Collaborative approach with confidence in presenting and advising
