Job Description

A high growth renewable energy business is urgently looking for several Customer Services representatives, ideally with experience working in the energy or utilities industry. The business operates in a high growth section of the energy sector and is currently experiencing rapid growth and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to resolve customer queries
  • Accurate record-keeping of customer interactions

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred in customer services for the energy or renewables sector and/or utilities
  • Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organise, prioritise work and work well under pressure
  • Flexibility in a changing working environment
  • IT literate and mathematically minded
  • Interest in business and economics
