Lead the restaurant team when the General Manager is unavailable. Coach and guide the team to improve service, adhere to health and safety requirements, and handle customer complaints effectively.
Requirements include a Food Hygiene certificate, leadership and management qualifications, and extensive hospitality experience with leadership responsibility.
