Job Description

Join Cancer Research UK as a Retail Assistant Manager at the Bellshill location to support the shop manager and team in maximizing income through people, resources, and stock.

Responsibilities

Support the shop manager in guiding and engaging a diverse team of paid staff and volunteers
Support the commercial running of the store including display, merchandising, stock management, and maintaining shop standards
Achieve targets for donated stock, cash, gift aid, and sales
Create relationships with the local community and colleagues
Organize fundraising events and maintain compliance with policies

Qualifications

Knowledge of great customer service
Experience in a lively environment
Adaptability and ability to work independently
Commercial awareness and communication skills
Flexibility to work on a rota basis
