Join our team as an HR Business Partner on a 12-month contract basis. This role involves providing Generalist HR expertise, workforce planning, and operational support to help deliver the station people plan.
Resourcing and Workforce Planning - Lead development of workforce planning and capability plans for the station and support to line manager for resourcing activities.
Partner with leaders to deliver generalist HR expertise and people plan activities.
Talent & Succession Planning, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Reward, Diversity & Wellbeing, Organisation Design and Development.
- Member of CIPD with HNC as a minimum qualification or CIPD equivalent (Level 5).
- Proven HR Generalist experience in a progressive HR environment.
- Commercially minded with extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Relevant knowledge in areas of change management, strategic consulting, performance management, etc.
- Ability to coach, challenge, and influence line managers.
- Strong IT skills for data manipulation and analysis.
