Responsibilities

Develop and sustain strong working relationship with the client
Preparing delicious, high-quality food
Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and front of house
Ensuring correct use of kitchen machinery and equipment
Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Completing weekly bookwork and reports
Stock taking and ordering

Qualifications

Excellent culinary skills
Experience in contract catering within a B&I environment
Communication & leadership skills
Experience in managing client relationships
Quality and process driven
IT literate (Ms Office and emails)
Business management within a kitchen environment
