Responsibilities

Develop and sustain strong working relationship with the client
Prepare delicious, high-quality food
Maintain cleanliness standards
Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment
Comply with food handling & hygiene standards
Adhere to Health & Safety regulations
Complete bookwork, reports, stock taking, and ordering

Qualifications

Prior experience in contract catering within a business and industry environment
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Experience in managing client relationships
Quality and process driven with focus on results
IT literate (Ms Office and emails)
Business management within a kitchen environment
