Responsibilities

Lead and develop a strong team
Create an exceptional working environment
Forge strong links with the local community
Manage the store on a day to day basis
Colleague recruitment, mentoring, training, shift planning
Propel the store forward ensuring high standards
Ensure a clean, efficient operation

Qualifications

Management experience essential
Food retail experience preferred
Passion for retail and attention to detail
