Job Description

Patient Navigator role within a specialty team managing the patient pathway and ensuring timely care and optimal waiting list management for relevant specialties.

Responsibilities

Manage patient pathway in accordance with NHS national performance targets
Supervise secretaries and clerical officers within specialty admin teams
Attend Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings
Provide administrative services for specialties and consultants

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work as a team member and leader
Knowledge of relevant healthcare procedures and regulations
