Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support a global healthcare business in delivering their b2b presence at prestigious European events.

Responsibilities

Managing and coordinating large-scale industry events and exhibitions
Handling logistics for booth delivery and team attendance
Supporting digital and offline marketing campaigns
Developing, translating, and tracking collateral and content
Working with external agencies and internal stakeholders for campaign delivery

Qualifications

Proven B2B event and conference planning experience
Strong coordination and campaign delivery skills
Ability to work across multiple departments
Deadline-oriented and ability to work under pressure
