The Duty Shift Manager (Nights) is a crucial role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Security Operation. This role requires strong people management and customer service skills to ensure effective physical security provision.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment by identifying threats and vulnerabilities
Implement client threat escalation procedures
Respond to incidents and emergencies
Conduct reviews and provide reports
Manage resources and team rotations

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a security environment
Supervisory/Management experience
Knowledge of emergency response procedures
Computer literate in Microsoft Excel & Word
