Job Description

Join our team as a Night Concierge responsible for providing exceptional service to residents in a high-end residential community.

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, conducting property orientations for new residents.
Manage maintenance requests and conduct regular property inspections.
Assist with leasing activities and organize resident events to foster community engagement.

Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service or property management preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with residents and team members.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive attitude, empathy, and flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
