Job Description

Manage end-to-end payroll and employee benefits for c450 employees, ensuring services are simple for customers and compliant with policies and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage payroll and employee benefits
Monitor services provided by payroll providers
Facilitate annual renewals of policies
Support HR Director with process controls
Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies in payroll processes
Review current benefits provision and provide recommendations
Drive awareness of benefits offering with employees
Upskill HR operational team on payroll
Own annual salary review process
Develop and implement total reward framework and flexible benefits

Qualifications

CIPP Qualified
Experience in managing payroll processes
Experience of cloud-based HRIS/technology
Sound understanding of HR processes and legislation
Ability to manage benefit schemes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in managing salary review process
