Job Description

Manage end-to-end payroll and employee benefits for c450 employees, ensuring services are simple for customers and compliant with policies and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll and employee benefits
  • Monitor services provided by payroll providers
  • Facilitate annual renewals of policies
  • Support HR Director with process controls
  • Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies in payroll processes
  • Review current benefits provision and provide recommendations
  • Drive awareness of benefits offering with employees
  • Upskill HR operational team on payroll
  • Own annual salary review process
  • Develop and implement total reward framework and flexible benefits

Qualifications

  • CIPP Qualified
  • Experience in managing payroll processes
  • Experience of cloud-based HRIS/technology
  • Sound understanding of HR processes and legislation
  • Ability to manage benefit schemes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in managing salary review process
