Selfridges is seeking a Department Manager to oversee own bought and concession departments, develop sales strategies, motivate teams, ensure compliance, and drive improvements in visual presentation and stock management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies

Manage stock loss KPI
Improve visual presentation and stock holding
