Job Description

Join The Baileys Hotel as an HR Manager to oversee employee experience, recruitment, and engagement. Work closely with the Regional HR Business Partner to support the HR department and ensure a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

Supporting Senior Managers with employee relations, health, and wellbeing
Providing guidance on HR issues and overseeing ER cases
Assisting Managers with recruitment needs
Organizing and promoting employee engagement initiatives
Driving the employee lifecycle

Qualifications

Proven experience in HR management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
