Job Description

Responsibilities

End-to-End Case Management: Handling 20-40 active cases at a time, covering the full lifecycle of employee relations issues.
Employee Relations (ER) Focus: Managing workplace issues, grievances, disciplinaries, investigations, absence management, and policy adherence.
Collaboration with Senior Business Partner: Reporting directly to a Senior Business Partner within the HR & People team.

Qualifications

At least 3+ years of ER case management experience.
CIPD Level 5 or above qualification in HR.
End to end case management experience is essential.
