Responsibilities

Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
Contribute to loss prevention and maintain inventory accuracy
Support merchandising presentation strategy and standards
Provide feedback on sales, product, and allocation

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years Retail Experience required
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Effective problem-solver with attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
