Job Description

Join our Retail team at Ria Money Transfer as a Cashier in Birmingham. Provide excellent customer service and handle money transfer transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers face to face to process money transfers, money orders, and foreign currency transactions.
Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.
Maintain knowledge of Ria's products, services, and policies.
Balance cash register, prepare cash for bank deposit, and maintain daily transaction records.

Qualifications

Flexible schedule availability, including weekends.
Basic computer skills with knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Previous cash handling experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills and effective communication.
Valid work permit.
