Job Description

Quest Search and Selection is working with a multi-channel, multi-product company established for over 150 years to find a Senior Assistant Merchandiser to manage and lead an Allocator and drive sales and profit within a designated department.

Responsibilities

Oversee business plans and range reviews for the division.
Achieve key KPIs including sales, stock, margin.
Collaborate with buyer to plan range incorporating data and trends.
Analyse trading performance.
Drive promotional activity and negotiate deals.
Forecast buying patterns and monitor stock levels.
Maintain buying calendar and manage critical path.
Reforecast WSSI and manage OTB.

Qualifications

2 years experience as Assistant Merchandiser or similar.
Purchasing the right volume of stock.
Maintaining optimal stock levels.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Working knowledge in WSSI Excel and Microsoft Office.
