Lead and optimize retail operations for POP MART in the UK and Ireland, overseeing store performance, customer experience, and expansion strategies.

Responsibilities

Oversee management of physical retail stores
Monitor retail KPIs and implement best practices
Develop merchandising strategy and optimize product mix
Enhance in-store customer experience and drive customer retention
Maintain financial accountability and manage P&L
Lead and develop retail team

Qualifications

10+ years of senior retail management experience
Strong P&L management and budgeting skills
Deep understanding of brand-building and retail strategies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English
Permanent right to work in the UK
