Job Description

Passionate and experienced social work professional to lead, supervise, and inspire the dedicated Family Support team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, effective leadership and supervision to Family Support Workers.
  • Ensure best practices in safeguarding, child protection, and early intervention.
  • Support court work and represent the service in legal proceedings.
  • Drive quality assurance and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in child protection.
  • At least 2 years of experience with court proceedings, including preparing reports and giving evidence.
  • Strong leadership and supervision skills.
